These ultra-tinted waterproof Kohl pencils from black|Up have been specially designed to enhance dark and swarthy skin tones. With a non-smudging result that holds for 12 hours, these pencils highlight your eyes with an intense and precise line, with no drips. Their new gel formulae glides easily over the eye and won’t catch in anycreases, and canbeused as an eye-liner on the inner eye or on the upper eyelid.

Application tips

The blacklUp No Transfer Khôl Waterproof can be applied in 3 different ways.

- on the eyelid: apply generously on the entire eyelid and blend with an eyelid brush. For more intensity, add some eyeshadow on it and smudge once again.

- as an eyeliner: trace a line along the upper and lower lashline.

-inside the eye: make the color glide inside the lower and upper edges of your eye.
