BLACK UP products are sold in over 100 retail outlets in France, including several Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud and other retail partners, and on the website www.blackup.com . To find a blacklUp store, go to our “ Find a retail outlet ” section.

We ship worldwide through our online store www.blackup.com .

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a complete physical address.

Your order will be delivered without the affected product. Our customer service team will then contact you to arrange a refund for the missing item or a replacement. You will not be charged for the additional delivery. For further information, please contact customer service at service-conso@blackup.com

The following payment methods are currently accepted on our e-commerce site www.blackup.com : Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All orders are subject to verification and validation by our customer service team.

Once your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email, a preparation email, and then a delivery email with a tracking link to keep you informed of your order's shipment. We ship with Colissimo. This tracking link will redirect you directly to their service.

In the event that you receive a defective product, we undertake to exchange it for you. Simply return it to us with the invoice within 3 weeks of receiving the package. For other cases, the products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and suitable for resale in new condition, following the procedure described in the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sales.

Any risk associated with returning products is the responsibility of the Customer. blacklUp recommends that its customers subscribe to a package tracking option to avoid any inconvenience in the event of loss or theft of products during return transport.

Product

Unfortunately, our brand does not offer makeup classes or private lessons to its customers. You can find all our application tips directly in our product pages, on our YouTube channel, or by visiting a store to benefit from the advice of our team of Makeup Artists.

We sometimes remove products from sale to make way for new ones. These products may be put back on sale during special sales or specials. If this is not the case, we invite you to discover the new products in the range.

All personal information you provide to us is strictly confidential. It is intended to save you time when placing your order and to maintain your account. Personal information, including email addresses, is not rented, sold, exchanged, or shared with other service providers.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, the processing of personal information collected on the site has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties. You have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning you.
