How to use this product

Matte Exceptional Red: On previously moisturized lips, apply the black|Up Matte Non-Transfer Lipstick starting at the contour and working from the center outwards.
Continue by filling in the inside of the lips and then let it dry for a few minutes.
Close tightly to preserve all the properties of the formula

Lip Gloss: Apply directly to the lips with the applicator.
Apply the transparent tint as a top coat over your lipstick for a volumizing effect.
